Default mail help

Today i was checking my yahoo mails in my friend's pc. I was using IE and simultaneously firefox browsers. What i found was, i was able to sign out in firefox but had no option of signing out in IE window.

I had no option but to close the IE window. But when again opened IE window i was directly taken to my mail page without signing in. Defaultly i was taken to my mail page when i typed mail.yahoo.com address. I had no option to sign out.

Can anyone tell me why this had happened? I need some solutions. Currently am working upon a soution. If successful i will post here later.

Hey,
How can this be happened? I haven't heard these kind of problems once.
If you dont want to sign in automatically when you have typed mail.yahoo.com, then I think you should remove history. ( I think this will work ).

Yes, I delete the caches/history and temp files after using public PC or friend's PC for security reasons.

Yes. That will help because i already did that before. Another advice, just stick with one browser today. Maybe that will help you.

hey people, thank you for your solutions. What i worked with was, i signed in with my friends account in a different pc. Then i copied the address from that and i typed in the same copied address in the system in which i had problem. Then i was taken back to the mail.yahoo page asking for a password with the username. Thus somehow i got out from my mail page.

I hope even this will work, since it worked for me.
