Need Help for Yahoo Mail Hacked

Hello All,

My Friend's e-gold and email accounts was hacked, do you have any idea how to solve this?

He already obtain temporary passphrase from e-gold but the problem is that he cannot open his email since it was hacked too. He already contact yahoo and did not get positif respond from them.

I'm thinking to get my sister in UK to go to Yahoo office in London, but it's better if it can be solve on net.

Please give me solution or if you don't have any experience or knowledge about this kind of problem, kindly suggest anyone who you think have better idea about this kind of problem.

I think it is almost impossible to get Yahoo back if hacked once. I have lost one of my yahoo account as same as yours. Yahoo Support is worst support ever regarding hackings.
