Site Match / Yahoo

Folks.
It's a while since I submitted a site a paid inclusion, Last time I used positiontech and my
site was submitted to MSN and the usual search engines.
Now I want to submit another site and I find things are a bit different now , seems I have to
signup with overture to get my site listed in the yahoo search and MSN.
My question is -- Do I have to take pay for clicks when I sign up for the site match program ?
All I want to do is get the sites indexed with MSN / Yahoo and refreshes , Dont want pay
for clicks, Anyone got any ideas .. Thanks
