domain name from yahoo

I received a mail from yahoo which offers me domain name for just 1.99$. But i think its only one domain name for an account. And also it seems there is just html scripting. So anyways try your hands in it.

$1.99 is for the first year alone. Maybe from second year they would have heavy rates...

Ehm, i'm not get yet about that. Maybe next time when i really want to have new domain or hosting. If its true its fine, If not, nothing i need to said..

Yahoo does offer domains for $1.99. However, for each domain you have to register a new account.Also, it comes with DNS management system

I think it is just for .com , .net and .info - TLD's like .TV or .EDU cost a lot - I am not sure, anyone willing to throw some light on this?
