It is true that it is a subconscious practice that allows us to live, yet focusing on your breathing for just two minutes can turn your day around. If you want to bring peace in your life and you don’t have time to go to the spa or even for a walk in the park, all you need to do is take a short break from everything that you are doing just so that you can focus on your breathing. Concentrate on the air that is going in and out of your belly. Preferably, it has to be fresh air. Open the window or go on the balcony for a minute and you’ll come back a changed person.
Don’t be afraid to take a step back each time you feel overwhelmed. In order to bring peace in your life all you need to do is relax your mind and body. Remember that there is always another day where you can solve your problems. Be kind to yourself! At the end of the day, if you are not looking after your mind and body, no one else will!
